This is an amazing action picture, it immediately caught my eye. The visuals are stunning, the colors pop out at the viewer (the green of the grass and the red of his t-shirt provide stark contrast to the grays of the concrete and the beige behind him). I like the slight vignette in the corners (whether intentional or not). The setting is also nice, with the flags decorating the background. I think you could have made the dancer more of a focal point, and there is a slight motion blur at his foot, but other than that this picture is truly captivating. I think you caught it at the perfect moment.
